Certified Yoga Instructor Kim McNeil
Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Feel better, live happier.
I specialize in therapeutic yoga for those living with arthritis, chronic pain, stress and anxiety, and recovering from joint injuries or surgery. I work with those living with arthritis because I saw how their needs were not being met by traditional yoga classes. I know first hand what challenges a diagnosis of arthritis can bring; arthritis runs in my family. And I truly believe yoga can help you feel better and as a consequence, live a happier life.
I do not specialize in prenatal, postnatal, children's, family, or hot yoga sessions. I am flattered you thought of me but there are many other talented yoga instructors who specialize in those areas. Whenever possible, I will gladly refer you to another teacher. I always appreciate hearing from you and will do my best to get back to you within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

About Kim McNeil
I'm a freckled, Montreal-born gal who discovered yoga after her competitive swimming career came to an end. After retiring from the sport, I tried kickboxing, karate, and knitting but nothing seemed to fill the gap. As a last resort, I took my first yoga class in 1998. The rest as they say is history.
With over 8 years of experience, I specialize helping those living with arthritis. My multi-disciplinary approach to yoga therapy helps my clients manage their chronic pain, stress, and mobility issues. The result is a huge improvement in their quality of life which includes getting back to doing the things they love.
Causes close to my heart are Power of Movement and Yoga Thrive. Most importantly, I believe yoga can help anyone feel better and live a happier life.
