What your retreat includes:
- 7 nights accommodation at the luxurious Lumeria Maui, recently featured in O Magazine and named one of Yoga Journal's Top 12 Sunny Yoga Vacation Spots of 2012.
- 3 healthy, organic meals per day. You also have the option of experiencing the 3- or 5-day Exclusive Lumeria Glow Cleanse.
- Two daily 60 minute yoga classes with myself and Mellisha plus additional yoga classes offered by the venue.
- The option of one (1) private 60 minute yoga therapy session with myself or one (1) 60 minute wellness session, either massage or Reiki, with Mellisha. Additional sessions available upon request.
- Airport Transfer.
- Optional excursions and well being programs including cooking classes, surfing, snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, a tour of Maui's lavender farm, a drive along the world famous Hana Highway, and sunrise viewing on Haleakala.
