Therapeutic Yoga for Arthritis - How It Works

Most traditional yoga classes are not a good fit for those living with arthritis or chronic pain; they offer no variations or are too fast paced. What results is the person feels frustrated at not being able to keep up, little improvement is made, there is the risk of further injury, and they may even see an increase in their pain and stiffness.
Instead of a 'one size/one style fits all' approach, I create a personalized program for you to match your goals, body, lifestyle, and mental wellbeing. Yoga therapy can be used alone or with physical therapy, drug therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage therapy.
My Clients
Although my clients are very different people with unique personalities, lives, and bodies, they all have one thing in common: they reached out to me because they wanted to get back to doing the things they love. All my clients have told me they want to have less pain, feel their age, be more active, and enjoy the simple things in life. Many want to become less dependant on drug therapy.
Whether you have been recently diagnosed with arthritis or were diagnosed years ago, get in touch with me if you are ready to make a major change towards feeling better and living happier.
