As an Iyengar-trained yoga instructor, Kim's approach to teaching has always been to use yoga as a therapeutic tool as well as a mind-body practice.  YogaTheoryTM provides private yoga classes, workshops and retreats based on this principle to improve your physical and mental health, avoid injury, and increase endurance, balance, strength, and flexibility.

Meditation plays a key role in yoga therapy.  An introduction to the practice and its benefits can be included in the program.  Meditation techniques include:
  • Mindfulness Meditation

  • Mantra Meditation
  • Pranayama (breathing techniques)

Program Details:
